Steps to Submit Your Paper:

1. 1. Create an IEEE PDF eXpress Account:

Visit IEEE PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf-express.org).

Create a new account if you don’t already have one.

Use Conference ID: X65044.

2. 2. Upload Your Paper:

After registering, log in to your account and upload the source file of your manuscript (either in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format).

IEEE PDF eXpress will generate a PDF file that conforms to IEEE's standards.

3. 3. Check and Verify:

After the system generates the PDF, ensure the file has passed the verification process (check for a "Pass" status).

If any issues arise, revise your document and re-upload it until the PDF passes the compliance check.

4. 4. Download the Verified PDF:

Once your PDF passes verification, download the approved PDF version.

This is the version you will submit to the conference.
