Conference Costs (in USD)

• • Costs include a one-day lunch, refreshments, a CD of conference proceedings, and access to sessions and talks.

• • Accommodation and additional day lunches are extra, based on participant requests.

• • IEEE members receive a 20% discount.

• • One full registration is required per paper.

• • For additional papers, half of the registration fee is added per paper.

• • The submission fee is $10, which is deducted from the registration fee upon paper acceptance.

• • Extra pages beyond 6 pages cost $20 per page, with a maximum of 6 pages (template-based).

• • Authors from Turkey and the UAE enjoy domestic rates based on existing agreements.
