Ensure that your paper is correctly formatted with the required fonts and spacing throughout. Submissions that fail to meet IEEE formatting guidelines may be rejected.
Please make sure to comply with the submission guidelines to avoid formatting issues that might delay the processing of your paper. The maximum page length is set according to the conference’s specific guidelines.
Steps to Submit Your Paper:
Visit IEEE PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf-express.org).
Create a new account if you don’t already have one.
Use Conference ID: X65044.
After registering, log in to your account and upload the source file of your manuscript (either in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format).
IEEE PDF eXpress will generate a PDF file that conforms to IEEE's standards.
After the system generates the PDF, ensure the file has passed the verification process (check for a "Pass" status).
If any issues arise, revise your document and re-upload it until the PDF passes the compliance check.
Once your PDF passes verification, download the approved PDF version.
This is the version you will submit to the conference.
Additional Notes:
Ensure that your paper is correctly formatted with the required fonts and spacing throughout. Submissions that fail to meet IEEE formatting guidelines may be rejected.
The paper submission process should be completed before the deadline of October 21, 2024 to allow time for potential revisions.
For Technical Assistance:
If you experience difficulties during the submission process, please refer to the IEEE PDF eXpress help page or contact the conference organizers for further assistance.
Dear Authors,
We kindly inform all authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation to prepare and upload their presentation videos according to the following guidelines. Please note that the deadline for submitting the video file is October 21th.
Authors must first create a PowerPoint file according to the templates provided on the conference website. Please ensure that the language of the PowerPoint matches the language of the paper (Persian or English).
After preparing the PowerPoint file, authors should record a video (including both audio and visuals) based on their PowerPoint presentation. To record the video, you may use software such as ZD Soft Screen Recorder. The following points must be adhered to while preparing the presentation video:
Once the video is prepared, it must be uploaded via the conference system in the "My Papers" section.
Important Note: On the day of the conference, according to the schedule that will soon be published on the conference website, the submitted videos will be played by the session chair. A Q&A session will follow. It is mandatory for at least one of the authors to attend the session online to answer questions. Failure to do so will result in the paper being excluded from indexing, and the conference will bear no responsibility.
We are pleased to inform all authors that the indexing of papers in the IEEE database (Iran section) has been successfully approved.
Please note that inclusion of the papers in the conference proceedings and on the IEEE website is contingent upon full compliance with the IEEE formatting and editorial requirements, as well as maintaining a similarity percentage below 30%.
All authors whose papers have not been rejected are required to make revisions based on the comments provided in the "My Papers" section of the user panel and via email. Authors are requested to prepare the final revised file in either Word or LaTeX format and submit it through the article editing section as soon as possible (at least one of these formats is required). The PDF version should also be updated, although further notifications regarding this will be provided. The papers will be reassessed by the review committee to determine acceptance and presentation at the conference.
The final deadline for conference registration is October 6th. Therefore, please ensure your paper is revised and the final result is determined before this date.
During the revision phase, please ensure your paper complies with the conference templates, especially the IEEE format, and that the similarity percentage remains below 30%. Proper formatting and a low similarity index are essential for IEEE indexing.
No changes (additions or removals) to the author names or their order will be permitted during the revision phase.
It is recommended that you finalize your registration category before October 6th.
Urgent and Important
Please correct the PDF file of the paper as soon as possible, but no later than 20:00 on Friday, August 9. Despite the reminders in the registration and submission guidelines, some papers still include the authors' names and affiliations in PDF format. To initiate the review process, it is essential to remove the names and affiliations from the PDF version. Please note that if the names are present in the file, the review process of your paper will not commence.
In response to inquiries from some esteemed authors and participants, as previously announced, the conference will be held simultaneously in both in-person and online formats. This applies to paper presentations, participation in specialized sessions, and attendance at keynote speeches.
In accordance with the indexing requirements , for a paper to be included in the conference proceedings, it must have a similarity index of less than 30%. Please note that all papers will be thoroughly checked for plagiarism using advanced detection tools by the indexing databases. Failure to maintain a similarity index below 30%, even if the paper is accepted for presentation, will result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.
Authors are therefore encouraged to ensure the originality of their papers and properly cite all sources to avoid plagiarism issues. It is recommended to maintain a similarity index with an appropriate margin of safety (preferably 25% or less).
We are pleased to announce that, in response to numerous requests from our valued authors and researchers, the deadline for submitting full papers and workshop proposals has been extended to August 5th.
Additionally, please be informed that the results of the peer review process for both papers and workshops will be announced on September 21st.
In order to develop technical knowledge and promote the exchange of new scientific and research achievements between craftsmen, researchers, and thinkers from domestic and international research and educational institutions, as well as to follow up and monitor scientific and commercial events related to the field of industrial control and automation, the 10th international conference of Control, Instrumentation, and Automation will be held on November 5-7 this year under the supervision of the University of Kashan and in cooperation with the Iranian Association of Control and Instrumentation Engineers.
The conference organizing committee intends to introduce the participants to the latest scientific developments in various fields of control and automation through seminars, presentations of articles in scientific-specialist meetings, and educational workshops. Additionally, industrial technical reports submitted to the conference will be judged, presented, and published.
The organizing committee of the conference invites all researchers, experts, specialists, and those interested in the fields of control engineering, instrumentation, and automation to submit their articles containing the latest scientific findings in the subject areas of the conference through the relevant online system.
